Joe Dunworth

Joe Dunworth is a dad of three young children, leading a super busy life.

Understanding what it’s like to always be on the go, Joe is here to help you build better daily habits that you need to implement you need to reach your goals. With 17 years of experience as a personal trainer and a BSc Sports Therapy degree from the University of Central Lancashire, Joe knows how to get results and has worked with hundreds of people just like you.

Exercise and nutrition will bring a structure to your life that you may not have had before, helping you to stick to the new changes that you are implementing in your life. Joe aims to help as many people as possible change their day-to-day lives by showing them how to shed stubborn body fat. Offering hope where all the other diets have failed, Joe knows how to get you where you want to be!
