What clients have said about working with Joe
All you need is a set of dumbbells and a kettlebell. The weight will depend on your experience and ability. I’d normally recommend 5kg dumbbells and an 8kg kettlebell.
No. We don’t provide meal plans as this is only a short term approach.
What we do deliver – is nutrition coaching. We have a team Nutritionist, in the client support group, who is there to assist you on your journey.
We also provide you with monthly recipe books for inspiration, helping you to make lifestyle changes to create and maintain long term results.
The first 4 weeks are structured around your nutrition coaching, food tracking and daily activity levels.
All of this information is vital to the program and allows me to set SMART goals which are specific to YOU and YOUR results.
